Electrical Service Contracts

Below is a sample service (or maintenance) contract. The items offered are of course, just examples of what you can offer. Some contractors may choose to offer a larger discount and / or a more thorough safety inspection.

The fact that a new owner can pickup the coverage when they but the house is also good selling point, as this is somewhat like an insurance policy for the electrical systems (even though it really isn't).

The fact that they may qualify for an insurance discount, should also be mentioned. Just don't guarantee this, simply bring it up as a possibility that they should check into.

Remember what the objective of these contract really is; they are basically paying you to be your customer, so you should consider giving a good customer a free service contract to lock them in.
